6.To print to a file:
a.From the Destination pull down menu, select [File].
b.Click [Save].
The following window displays:
c.In the Create File box, name the file and specify where you want to store it.
d.Click [Save].
Setting general print options
Select [General] from the pull down menu under the printer name.
Specify the following:
•Number of copies
•Collated vs.
•All pages or a specific range of pages
•Paper source.
