Interface Connectors Your printer interface connectors are located on the back of the printer as shown in Figure 1.3 on page 1-11. Your

printer comes equipped with a high speed Standard-Centronics IEEE 1284 B compliant Bi-Directional parallel connector. The following optional interfaces are available:

•A Tri-Port Interface Card to provide support for

—LocalTalk

—Serial RS-232C/RS422A

—High speed infrared local connection.

•An infrared adapter for use with the Tri-Port Interface to receive infrared beams from an IrDa-compatible workstation.

•An External Ethernet Adapter

—10BaseT.
