Changing Printer Settings

You can change printer settings and customize your printer to meet your specific needs by setting different values. These values can be:

•A phrase or word that describes a setting

•A numerical value that you can increase or decrease

•An On or Off setting.

The default settings remain in effect until you save new ones or restore the factory defaults.

To select a new value as the default setting:

1 Make sure the following status message appears on the display:

Ready

2	Press	or	to enter the menus.
3	Continue to press and release			until you see the menu
	you need on the second line of the display.

4 Press OK. The menu opens and the first menu item in the menu appears on the second line of the display:

Menu

Item Menu

(e.g., Supplies Menu or Job Menu)
