FECN
The Forward Error Congestion Notification counter logs the number of frames with the FECN bit set by the system. This flag tells you that congestion avoidance procedures should be initiated.

The Backward Error Congestion Notification counter logs the number of frames with the BECN bit set by the system. This flag tells you that congestion avoidance procedures should be initiated.
