Access Buttons	Figure 2 shows the 8 Access buttons on the VCX Model 3103 Manager’s
	Telephone.
	The buttons are assigned default functions (described in the following
	list) by 3Com. Your administrator can change these defaults and may
	allow you to reprogram some or all of the button functions. Ask you
	administrator for more information.
	You can view button assignments through the Telephone User Interface
	(see Feature Options) or change button assignments through the VCX
	User Interface (see Assigning Access Button Functions Using the VCX
	User Interface).

!CCESS BUTTONS

Access buttons have these default settings:

1Do Not Disturb — Enables the Do Not Disturb feature. See Activating Do Not Disturb.

2Call Forward — Allows you to forward calls to different destinations. See Call Forwarding.

3Call Park — Allows you to place a call in a “holding pattern” and retrieve it from any other telephone in the system. See Call Park.

4Personal Speed Dial 1 — See Speed Dialing.
