Scale Action - Choose None, Use, or Off.

None: Scale Action parameter is ignored. Any previously defined Scale Action remains active.

Use: Turns on scaling and uses the scaling factors defined in the Scale Factor X, Scale Factor Y and Scale Factor Z fields.

Off: Turns off any previously defined Scaling Action.
