TT 140 tool touch probe for tool measurement

The TT 140 is a triggering 3-D touch probe for tool measurement and inspection. Your CNC provides three cycles for this touch probe with which you can measure the tool length and radius automatically either with the spindle rotating or stopped. The TT 140 features a particularly rugged design and a high degree of protection, which make it insensitive to coolants. The triggering signal is generated by a wear-resistant and highly reliable optical switch.

HR electronic hand wheels

Electronic hand wheels facilitate moving the axis slides precisely by hand. A wide range of traverses per hand wheel revolution is available. Apart from the HR 130 and HR 150 integral hand wheels, HEIDENHAIN Corp. also offers the HR 410 portable hand wheel.

Electronic Edge Finder

The Electronic Edge Finder enables the ability to teach positions, find the center point of a circle, or locate datum (work piece zero) by touching off on the part. Advantage of an electronic edge finder is that it instantly senses when contact is made with the point (even if the axis over traveled).
