TROUBLESHOOTING THE TUMBLER

.Exhaust airflow restriction. Exhaust duct size is recommended to be larger than the exhaust opening.

.Tumbler inlet air is essential for each unit. Inlet air must be five to seven times the combined areas of the tumbler exhaust outlet.

.All tumbler panels must be in place and on the machine for proper operation.

.Gas Models Only: Burner flame improperly adjusted. Adjust the burner air sleeve.

.Gas Models Only: Gas pressure must be 6 to 8 inches water column (1.49 to 1.74 kPa) for natural gas and 11 inches water column (2.74 kPa) for propane (bottled gas).

.Gas Models Only: Make sure that the correct size of gas pipe is being used for the length of the gas circuit.

.Gas Models Only: Burner orifices must be the correct size. Natural and L.P. gas do not use the same orifices.

.The input voltage must be the same as that indicated on the serial plate.

.The back draft damper must swing full open to prevent airflow restrictions. (Less than full swing operation of the exhaust damper can cause the airflow switches to shut off gas, creating a longer drying time.)
