Usethe Calendar application to set up multiple calendar accounts. You can set up ActiveSync to work with

Google,Yahoo, and other accounts.

Usethe Calendar application to sync your calendar events with Microsoft Outlook and MicrosoftExchange.

Add calendar event

Procedure

Step 1 Tap .

Step 2 Enterthe details of the event on the Add Event screen.

Step 3 TapDone.

Yourevent is displayed in the Day view for the date of the event.

Edit event

Someevents cannot be edited.Note

Procedure

Step 1 Tapand hold an event.

Step 2 Tap .

Step 3 Editthe event.

Step 4 Uncheckthe WebEx check box on the Edit Event screen if you do not wish to make a WebEx event.

Step 5 TapDone.

Delete event

Step 1 Tapand hold an event.

Step 2 Tap .
