•DirectedCall Park: Tap Transfer during a call. To store the call, dial the Directed Call Park number

andtap Transfer again.

•AssistedDirected Call Park: Tap the Directed Call Park button that displays an idle line status indicator.

Toretrieve the call from any other phone in your network, tap the flashing Directed Call Park button.

Tips

•Youhave a limited amount of time to retrieve a parked call before it reverts to ringing at the original

number.Contact your system administrator for details.

•Youcan dial Directed Call Park numbers if you do not have Directed Call Park buttons. However, you

cannotsee the status of the directed call park number.

Store and retrieve active call with Call Park

Procedure

Step 1 Duringa call,tap Park. You may need to tap tosee Park.

Step 2 Recordthe call park numberthat is displayedon yourphone screen.

Step 3 Hangup.

Step 4 Topick up the parked call, enter the Call Park number from any phone in your network.

Direct and store active call at Directed Call Park number

Procedure

Step 1 Duringa call,tap Transfer.

Step 2 Selecta speed-dial number that is assigned to a DirectedCall Park number or dial the number.

Step 3 TapTransfer again to finish storing the call.

Retrieve parked call from Directed Call Park number

Procedure

Fromany phone in your network, enter the park retrievalprefix and dial the Directed Call Park number.
