Call Park

Directed Call Park: Tap Transfer during a call. To store the call, dial the Directed Call Park number and tap Transfer again.

Assisted Directed Call Park: Tap the Directed Call Park button that displays an idle line status indicator. To retrieve the call from any other phone in your network, tap the flashing Directed Call Park button.

Tips

You have a limited amount of time to retrieve a parked call before it reverts to ringing at the original number. Contact your system administrator for details.

You can dial Directed Call Park numbers if you do not have Directed Call Park buttons. However, you cannot see the status of the directed call park number.

Store and retrieve active call with Call Park

Procedure

Step 1

During a call, tap Park. You may need to tap

to see Park.

 

Step 2

Record the call park number that is displayed on your phone screen.

Step 3

Hang up.

 

Step 4

To pick up the parked call, enter the Call Park number from any phone in your network.

 

 

 

Direct and store active call at Directed Call Park number

Procedure

Step 1 During a call, tap Transfer.

Step 2 Select a speed-dial number that is assigned to a Directed Call Park number or dial the number.

Step 3 Tap Transfer again to finish storing the call.

Retrieve parked call from Directed Call Park number

Procedure

From any phone in your network, enter the park retrieval prefix and dial the Directed Call Park number.
