This command disables the Spanning Tree Protocol for a list of VLANs.
You may disable the Spanning Tree Protocol for a list of VLAN numbers.
VLAN numbers range from 1 to 1005.
VLAN numbers should be separated by commas or spaces. A VLAN number range may also be specified. Example: 1, 2, 10−20
Enter VLAN numbers: 1
Notice here we selected the management VLAN, VLAN 1.
Once you have configured STP and the Management VLAN you can see from the following output that only
VLANs 2 through 64 are using the Spanning Tree Protocol:
