3.To install an SD vFlash media card, with the label side facing up, insert the contact-pin end of the SD vFlash media card into the card slot on the module.

NOTE: The slot is keyed to ensure correct insertion of the card.

4.Press the card inward to lock it into the slot.

Prerequisites

1.Ensure that you read the Safety instructions.

2.Keep the #2 Phillips screwdriver ready.

3.Follow the procedure listed in Before working inside your system.

4.If applicable, remove the cooling fan assembly.

Steps

1.Remove the screw securing the control panel to the chassis.

2.Disconnect the control panel cable and the control panel USB cable from the system board.

CAUTION: Do not use excessive force when removing the control panel cables as it can damage the connectors.

3.Slide the control panel out of the chassis.

4.Disconnect the cables from the control panel.
