DELAYED TIMEBASE

DELAY

Use the DELAY control to select the start of intensified part of the signal in the upper trace. The intensified part acts like a window over the Main Timebase trace.

-Press either key of the Del’dTB TIME/DIV keys.

When you press the left key, the intensified part of this signal gets longer. More periods of the signal are displayed on the Delayed Timebase. When you press the right key, the intensified part of this signal gets shorter and fewer periods of the signal are displayed on the Del’dTB. This way you can select any small portion of a signal and capture and display it with a higher resolution.
