CALIBRATION ERROR ...	Autocal not successfully completed.

CH. 50Ω OVERLOAD	Input voltage at 50Ω input impedance is
	too high.
	Function ’INPUT IMPEDANCE’
DESTINATION PROTECTED	MATH1 (2) is activated while register M1
	(2) is protected.
