4.4Connecting devices to the server
The connectors for external devices are on the front and rear of the server. The additional connectors available on your server depend on the expansion cards installed.
The standard connectors are indicated by symbols and color coding:

The corresponding indicators are explained in section "Rear of server" on page 73 .
ISome of the devices connected require special software (e.g. drivers) (see documentation for the connected device).
ÊConnect the data cables to the server and peripherals.
Three additional USB connectors are located on the front of the server (see figure 15 on page 68).
