Call Forwarding
Call Forwarding automatically transfers incoming calls to wherever you are so you never miss a customer call even when you're away from your home office. Call Forwarding is accessed by dialing a simple code (e.g. 72#). Not all ISDN Service Providers use the same dial codes. Ask your ISDN Service Provider for the codes relevant to you.
If your ISDN service conforms to
Call Forwarding supports Reminder Ring. Reminder Ring causes your telephone to ring once (for about ½ a second) whenever it forwards a call. If your phone has Caller ID (see next page), it will display details of the forwarded call.
Call Waiting
Call Waiting alerts you to an incoming call when you're already on the phone. You can put one call on hold while you accept another, so you'll never miss a customer call. It works as follows:
