E-mail Alerts
In the Printer Settings section of the HP Utility, select
If a user name and password have been set, you might need to obtain them from the IT administrator. For more information, see the HP EWS online help.

Click Open E-mail Alerts Settings to open the HP EWS. The HP EWS opens to the Setup screen on the Alerts tab, where you can set notifications.
Network Settings
In the Printer Settings section of the HP Utility, select Network Settings to open the IP Settings screen.

The Network Settings screen provides access to IPv4, IPv6, Bonjour Settings, and Other Settings.
