Use copy functions
Copy
1.Load the document onto the scanner glass or into the document feeder.
CAUTION: When using the document feeder, ensure there are no staples in your document. CAUTION: When performing a copy, ensure the scan lid is closed.
2.From the Home screen, touch the Copy 
button.
3.Touch the Black or Color button to start copying.
Multiple copies
1.Load the document onto the scanner glass or into the document feeder.
