5-3.Removing Jam

"Film jam in sorter

The screen on the right is an example where a ﬁlm jam occurs in the sorter. Follow the procedure below to inspect each part of the sorter and remove a jammed ﬁlm.

(1)Open the inlet guide, and remove jammed ﬁlms if there are any.

(2)Open the front cover of the sorter, and lift the release lever rightward.
