Setting Up the (Optional) SPCU

Unpacking & Installation A - 14

Installing the SPCU

1Take the (Optional) SPCU

from the shipping carton.

2Remove the vinyl bag and

peel off the shipping tape.

3Remove the shipping tape

and cardboard from the gear

area.

4Remove any shipping

material and tape from the

Cassette cavity.

CAUTION

Before proceeding, make sure the Main ON/OFF Switch on the Fax

unit is in the OFF position.

5Place the Fax unit on top the

SPCU making sure the three

Aligning Posts and the

Power Connector are

carefully aligned.
