Setting up the Internet Fax

E-MAIL SETTING

1Press the PROGRAM key and scroll through the

menus until you reach the Internet Fax menu and

press YES.

2Press YES.

3Enter the name that you want to be used on your E-

mails. This name will appear in the “FROM”

heading of your message.

4Enter the E-mail address than press YES.

5Enter the account name for your unit. This is the

name of the mailbox at the E-mail server. Then

press YES.

6Enter the 4-digits password of the account name. It

allows your unit to log into the POP3 server to

receive E-mail.

7Enter the E-mail address that remote machine will

reply to when they select “Reply” in their E-mail

program. Press YES to enter this selection memory.
