Entering Your User Name

To have your user name display on the faxes you transmit:

Use the Menu Navigation procedure on page 4-1 to access the USER NAME? menu selection.

Press YES. Enter your name.

3 USER NAME?

OK=YES

NAME=_

OK=YES (DEL=NO)

3 After entering your name, check to make sure it is correct. If correct, press YES to enter it in memory. If the name is incorrect, press NO and re-enter the correct name.
