Setting up the Internet Fax

Speed Dial

1Press the PROGRAM Key and scroll through the

menus until you reach the DIAL REGISTRATION

Menu. Press YES to begin programming.

2Press 2 or scroll down to the Speed Dial menu and

press YES.

3Enter the number of the location you want to

program and press YES.

4When this symbol appears then press MAIL.

5Enter the E-mail address that you want to send and

press YES.

6Enter the E-mail receiver’s name.

7You can select the image compression method

using one of the standard formats used on faxes.

Group Dial

This setting is the same as the “Facsimile Programming”--Group Dial Keys. You can refer

to chapter 4, but if Internet Fax is optioned, the Group Dial can contain the One-Touch or

Speed Dial programmed by Fax NO. or E-mail address can be mixed in a Group Dial.
