Setting up the Internet Fax

POP3 INTERVAL

1Press the PROGRAM key and scroll through the

menus until you reach the Internet Fax menu and

press YES.

2Use the Up/Down Arrow Keys to the POP3

INTERVAL menu then press YES.

3Using the Left/Right arrows to select ENABLE,

and press YES.

4Enter the interval number, from 1 to 120 minutes.

Your fax unit will look for new E-mail messages

based on this time setting. Then press YES to finish

this setting.

TIME OUT SETTING

1Press the PROGRAM key and scroll through the

menus until you reach the Internet Fax menu and

press YES.

2Use the Up/Down Arrow Keys to the TIME OUT

SETTING menu then press YES.

3Insert the number of minutes that the machine will

try to contact the mail server and press YES. Use

the Up/Down Arrow Keys to the POP3

INTERVAL menu then press YES.
