Clearing Paper Jams

Jam between the Feeding Rollers and Fuser Unit

1 Pull out the paper from the Fuser Unit in the direction shown by the arrow.

2 Pull out the paper from the Feed Roller in the direction shown by the arrow.

Jam at the SPCU

1 Remove the SPCU Cassette.

2 Pull out the paper from the Feed Roller in the direction shown by the arrow.

3 Re-install the SPCU Paper Cassette into the SPCU.
