3 - 3 Advanced Facsimile

Timer TX (Delay Transmission)

This feature allows you to set a specified start time within 24 hours to send

documents at a later time. Set the reservation timer using military time (24 hour

format). This functions can also be combined wi th Broadcast, Mailbox TX,

Polling RX, or Relay Initiate.

Procedure

1Select the Original Type and Resolution if

necessary and place your document in the

Document Feeder face down.

2Press the FUNCTION Key and press 2 to

select the Timer TX menu.

3The following message appears briefly to

confirm your selection.

4Enter the time you wish the Transmission

to begin.

5Enter the destination fax number. If you

press FUNCTION, the available types of

Delay Transmissions are: manually entered

fax number, Broadcast, Mailbox Polling

RX or Relay Initiate.
