	7. Settings and Operations for Scan Functions
Mail Check	: Set whether to make a periodic check of the
	contents of the mail server or not. If “No” is
	selected, mail is not received.
Setting values	: Yes, No
	1-60 min.
Port Number	: Set the port number of the POP3 server.
	(The default value of “110” is generally used.)
POP3 Connection Timeout: Set the communications timeout value with the
	POP3 server.
Setting values	: 30 to 300 sec.

Setting from the copier control panel

1.Enter the Administrator mode.

2.Select “Network set” – “E-mail/I-Fax” – “Receive.”

3.Set the POP3 server, POP3 login name, POP3 password, and mail check.
