Local Bus to VMEbus Enable Control Register

	This register is the map decoder enable register for the four programmable
	local bus to VMEbus map decoders.
	EN1	When this bit is high, the first local bus to VMEbus map
		decoder is enabled. When this bit is low, the first local bus
		to VMEbus map decoder is disabled.
	EN2	When this bit is high, the second local bus to VMEbus
		map decoder is enabled. When this bit is low, the second
		local bus to VMEbus map decoder is disabled.
	EN3	When this bit is high, the third local bus to VMEbus map
		decoder is enabled. When this bit is low, the third local
		bus to VMEbus map decoder is disabled.
	EN4	When this bit is high, the fourth local bus to VMEbus map
		decoder is enabled. When this bit is low, the fourth local
		bus to VMEbus map decoder is disabled.
