Regulatory Statements
The following regulatory statements include the Federal Communications
Commission (FCC) Radio Frequency Interference Statement, compliance
statements for Canada and Europe, battery disposal and replacement
information, and the Declaration of Conformity.

FCC Statement for United States Only

Changes or modifications to this unit not
expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void
the user’s authorit y to operate the equipment.

Note

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the
limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules.
These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against
harmful interfer en ce in a r esidential install at ion. This equipment
generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed
and used in accordance wi th th e instructions, may cau se h ar mful
interference to radi o communications.
However, there i s no guarantee that interference will n ot occur in a
particular instal la tion. If this equipment d oes ca use harmful interfer en ce
to radio or television r ecep t ion, which can be determ ined by turning the
equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the
interference by one or more of the following measures.
Reorient or reloca te the receivin g antenna.
Increase the separat i on between the equipment an d receiver.
Connect the equipment to an out let on a circuit differen t from the one
to which the receiver is con n ected.
Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
