Note: The following setting information
applies to the primary and secondary master
and slave devices.
Each device menu item displays the hard
drive or CD- RO M identifier if a device is
installed.
If you insta l l a hard drive th at does not feat ure
auto IDE type detection or your IDE hard
drive was formatted on another system with
parameter s different f r om those repor t ed by
the drive, en ter a paramet er for each of th e
fields in the device submenu.
Bring up a devi ce submenu by pressing
Enter. The submen u s include Typ e, CHS
Format, and LBA Format. Ea c h submenu and
its fields ar e described n ext.
