3-6 Configuring the System

Boot — Use thi s menu to set boot op t ions, incl uding restor e on
ac/power l os s , set boot sequen ce, and assi gn drive letter s to removable
devices.
Exit Exits the Setup Utility with various save or discard options.
Use the keys listed in the legend bar on the bottom of the Setup Menu to
make the selections or exit the current menu. The following table
describes the legend keys.
Setup Key Functions

F1 Provides help for the parameter field
being displayed.
Esc Exits the menu.
Up or down arrow keys Moves cursor up and down for item
selection.
Left or right arrow keys Selects next menu.
-/+ keys Changes values.
Enter Executes a command or selects
submenu.
F9 Load s the default configurat i on values
for the current menu.
F10 Sav es the curren t values and exi ts
Setup.
To select one of the six men u s fr om the menu bar, use the left and ri gh t
arrow keys. Use the up or down ar row keys to select an item un der the
menu.
Menu items preceded by a > conta in a s u bm en u of selectable fields for
setting system parameters. Display a submenu by using the up or down
arrow keys to move the cursor to the desired submenu, then press Enter.
An Item Specific Help win dow on the right side of each men u displays
the help text for the curr ently selected Setup opt i on . It updates as the
cursor moves to each new field .
