b)Program the PBX so that unanswered calls to the operator are redirected to the VPS (Intercept Routing No Answer feature).

1)Go to the "Extension-Wired Extension-Extension Settings" screen.

2)Assign "Intercept Destination Day/Night/Lunch/Break" for the operator's extension to a floating extension number (VPS Port).

3)Click "Apply" to save the changed data.
