29 | Facility rejected | The network cannot provide facility requested by the user. |

30 | Response to STATUS | The prior receipt of a status inquiry message generated the |
| ENQUIRY | status message. |
|
|
|
31 | Normal, unspecified | A normal even has occurred with no standard cause applying. |
|
| No resulting action is required. |
|
|
|
34 | No circuit/channel available | The call cannot be taken because no appropriate channel is |
|
| available to establish the connection. |
|
|
|
38 | Network out of order | The network is not functioning correctly and this condition |
|
| may persist for an extended period. The call can not reach |
|
| the destination and an immediate attempt to reconnect will |
|
| probably fail. |
41 | Temporary failure | The network is not functioning correctly and an error occurred. |
|
| The problem will be resolved shortly. |
|
|
|
42 | Switching equipment | The network switching equipment is temporarily overloaded |
| congestion | and the destination can not be reached. |
|
|
|
43 | Access information | The network cannot provide the requested access information. |

49 | Quality of service | The network cannot provide the requested quality of service |
| unavailable | (as defined by CCITT recommendation X.213). This might be a |

| subscription problem. |
50 | Requested facility not sub | The remote equipment supports the requested supplementary |
| scribed | service, but only by subscription. |

|
57 | Bearer capability not | The caller has requested a bearer capability that the network |
| authorized | can provide, but the user is not authorized to use. This might |
|
| be a subscription problem. |
58 | Bearer capability not | The network normally provides the requested bearer capability, |
| presently available | but not at the present time. This might be due to a temporary |
|
| network problem or to a subscription problem. |
