Printer settings
You can use your machine with all your Windows 3.x or Windows 95/98, or Windows NT applications. Be sure to set your printer as the default printer for all your Windows operations.
Most Windows software applications allow you to make changes to the printer settings. This changes the number of copies, sequence of the pages, and paper orientation.
If you click Properties, Setup, or Options in the print dialogue box, you’ll access the printer driver’s dialogue box. It allows you to change additional printer settings. Settings changed in the software application will usually override settings made in the printer driver.
Your printer driver’s properties dialogue box includes three tabs (four tabs on Windows NT):
•Basic
•Print Quality
•Advanced (available on Windows NT only)
