The SmarThru installation supports two types of setup. Typical setup will be installed with the most common options. Recommended for most users. In Custom setup, you can select components to be installed.
If you select the Custom installation, you may choose the options you want to install.
Installation
MFP driver to print, scan, or to send and receive faxes through PC.
SmarThru software to work with scanned images, and electronic documents.
AnyPage Lite software to enable OCR.
5.When the installation is completed, you must shut down and restart your computer.
If your computer does not shut down and restart automatically, you must shut it down manually and restart it before the changes you have made will be in effect.
