RECORDING MENU ITEMS

You can set up the menu items for recording.

Scene Mode(AE)

This DVD camcorder automatically sets the shutter speed and aperture according to the subject brightness for optimum recording: You can also specify one of six modes depending on conditions, recording environment or purpose of filming.

	- Auto balance between the subject and
	the background.
Auto	- To be used in normal conditions.	None
	- The shutter speed is automatically
	adjusted depending on the scene.
	- For recording people or objects
	moving quickly. If the Sports mode
Sports	is used under a fluorescent light, the
	image may flicker. In this case, use
	the Auto mode for recording.
	- Creates a shallow depth of field so
	that the person or subject appears
Portrait	against a softened background.
	- The portrait mode is most effective
	when used outdoors.
	- Prevents overexposure of subject’s
Spotlight	face, etc., when strong light strikes the
	subject, as in a wedding or on stage.
	- Prevents underexposure of subject’
Beach/	s face, etc., in a place where
	reflection of light is intense, such as
Snow
	at the beach in midsummer or on a
	ski slope.
	- Reduces blurring when recording
High Speed	rapidly moving subjects such as in
	golf or tennis.

•You can check the selected “Scene Mode(AE)” mode on the on-screen information display. However, nothing will appear in “Auto” mode.

•This function will be set to “Auto” in the EASY.Q mode.

•This function can be set in the DVD camcorder record mode only.

Scene Mode(AE)

		使用「自動」模式進行錄製。

Portrait		體處於柔和的背景中。
	-	人像模式在戶外使用時最有效。
Spotlight	-	防止主體面部曝光過度等（在婚
		禮或舞台上強光照射主體時）。
Beach/	-	防止主體面部等在強烈反光下曝
		光面部等在強烈反光下曝光，如
Snow
		仲夏的海邊或滑雪坡上。
High Speed	-	在快速錄製移動的主體（如高爾
		夫或網球球場）時減少模糊。

•您可以在螢幕資訊顯示上檢查所選的「Scene Mode(AE)」。但是，在 「Auto」模式中將無任何顯示。

•在 EASY Q 模式下，此功能將被設定為「Auto」。

•此功能只能在 DVD 攝錄放影機錄製模式下設定。
