Using the Sequential Mode

Depending on your software, you can elect to activate the sequential mode in “Sequential Mode” of the Configuration Menu.

By activating the sequential mode, you can use the software to automatically instruct the library to return an ejected cartridge to its original slot and insert the next cartridge into the AIT drive. You can also adjust the settings so that if the library finds no cartridge in the next slot it inserts the next cartridge in the sequence into the AIT drive. It is also possible to make continuous unloading settings.

Caution

You must use customized software to be able to use this function. Under normal circumstances, do not use the sequential mode.

You can only make continuous unloading settings when the sequential mode is active.
