lfthe .TONTI buttonimpressedwhenthe printeris turnedon,the fontwillbe “locked”,andno fontchangescanbemadefromsoftware.It is stillpossible, however,to put the printer off-line and change the font using the ‘~ONf’ button.

QUIETMODE

To selectQuietmode,the printermustbe on-line.Whileit is on-line,press the I.PAPE!FEED button. This will alternately illuminate and extinguish the QUIETindicator.When in Quiet mode,theprinterwillprintslightlyslower, but at a reducednoiselevel.

NOTE

If you press the PAPERFEEO?button while the printer is off-line, the -EEZbuttonwill performits normalfunction,ie it will feed paper.
