BIT DESCRIPTION

This statistic counts the number of frames that deferred for an exces- sive period of time (exceeding the defer limit). This statistic is only incremented once per LLC frame. This is an 8-bit counter and will wrap around to zero after reaching ffh. An UpdateStats interrupt will occur after the counter has counted through c0h.
