Delimiters and Vertical Bar Codes

If you rotate a bar code 90o or 270o, then space imposed by delim iters is not rotated, but is applied horizontally, as
the sample shows. The symbol dimensions that used to be horizontal are shortened to 120/144 of what they used
to be; this includes the quiet zones.
