Operación del modo de asar por convección y del termómetro

6.Para cambiar la temperatura del termómetro:

Para cambiar la temperatura del termómetro de 160°F (71°C), seleccione otra temperatura inmediatamente antes de comenzar. En la pantalla permanece la temperatura del termómetro en lugar de la del horno.

Aparece un mensaje en la pantalla:

7.Seleccione START.

La temperatura que aparece alterna entre la temperatura del termómetro establecida y la temperatura real de la carne o ave, aumentando en intervalos de 5ºF, partiendo de 100ºF.

Presione CONVECTION ROAST para cambiar entre la temperatura establecida del horno y la temperatura del termómetro. La temperatura del horno aparece durante 5 segundos antes de que la pantalla del termómetro continúe.

9.El horno emitirá un bip 3 veces cuando se alcanza la temperatura del termómetro para preparaciones con carnes. Aparece End (Fin) y el calor se apaga.

Consejos para asar por convección

Cuando ase pollos o pavos enteros, sujete las alas hacia atrás y ate holgadamente las patas con cordel de cocina.

En este modo se puede utilizar la fuente para asar con la rejilla.

Verifique dos veces la temperatura interna de la carne o ave insertando el termómetro en otra posición.

Luego de retirar del horno los alimentos preparados con carne, cúbralos holgadamente con papel de aluminio durante 10 a 15 minutos antes de trinchar.

Mientras estén cubiertos, las temperaturas de los asados pequeños pueden incrementar su temperatura en 5°F y los asados grandes en 10°F.

Los cortes grandes de carne o ave que están

asándose requieren en general de 10 a 20 minutos menos de cocción que con el modo de asar u hornear. Verifique el grado de cocción oportunamente.
