Wenn an diesem Gerät unter normalen Betriebsbedingungen während der entsprechenden Garantiezeit ein Defekt auftritt, wird das schadhafte Teil kostenlos von einem autorisierten KOMATSU ZENOAH Händler reparlert oder ersetzi.

GARANTIEZEIT: 1 Jahr (bei gewerblicher

Verwendung: 6 Monate, und 30 tage bei

Leihgeräten), gerechnet vom Verkaufsdatum.

WICHTIG: Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind:

(a)Defekte, die durch uneachgemäße Behandlung und Wartung des In der Betriebsanleitung beschriebenen Geräts entstanden sind.

(b)Schäden, dle durch Unfall, falschen Gebrauch, Fahrlässigkeit und Modifikationen entstanden sind, oder durch die Verwendung von Ersatz- oder Zubehörteilen, die nicht von KOMATSU ZENOAH spezifizlert wurden.

(c)Schäden, die durch die Verwendung vor falschem Kraftstoff entstanden sind.

(d)Ersatzen von Verschleißteilen: Zündkerzen, Filter, Startezüge, usw.

(e)Normale Wartungs- und Einstellungsarbeiten, die in der Betriebsanleitung erklärt sind.

(f)Neben-oder Folgeschäden.

(g)Versandkosten des beschädigten Gerätz.

In diesen Garantiebestimmungen ist nichts enthalten, was evtl. Juristischen Ansprüche des Verbrauchers beeinflußt.

Se un guasto dovesse verificarsi all’Interno del periodo di garanzia ed in circostanze normali di uso, la parte guasta verrà riparata o sostituita gratuitamente da un riven ditore autorizzato KOMATSU ZENOAH.

PERIODO DI GARANZIA: 1 anno (6 mesi se usata professionalmente e 30 glorni se data in affito) dalla data di acquisto.

IMPORTANTE: 1 problemi suguenti non sono coperti da garanzia:

(a)Guasti dovuti alla mancata osservanza delle norme d’uso e di manutenzione contenute nel libretto d’istruzioni.

(b)Danni dovutl ad incidenti, abusi, negligenze, alterazioni ed implego di parti o accessori diversl da quelli indicati dalla KOMATSU ZENOAH.

(c)Guasti dovuti a carburante non adatto.

(d)Sostituzione di parti normalmente soggette ad usura: candele, filtri, corde di avviamento, ecc.

(e)Manutenzione periodica e regolazionl illustrate nel libretto d’istruzioni.

(f)Danni dovuti ad incidenti.

(g)Costi di spedizione dell’unità guasta e/o riparata.

Nulla di quanto contenuto in questa garanzla altera i diritti statutari del consumatore.

En caso de que este producto presente cualquier falla bajo condiciones de operación normales durante el periodo de garantia, la pleza fallada será cambiada o reparada por un distribuidor autorizado KOMATSU ZENOAH sin cargo.

PERÍODO DE GARANTÍA: un año (6 meses en caso de uso profesional y 30 días en caso de uso para alquiler) a partir de la fecha de compra.

IMPORTANTE: Esta garantia no cubre lo siguiente:

(a)Fallas causadas pro incumplimiento de las instrucciones para el uso correcto o falta de mantenimiento del producto según lo explicado en el manual del propletario.

(b)Daños causados por accidentes, abuso, negligencia, modificaciones o uso de otras plezas, partes, repuestos o accesorlos que no sean los especificados por KOMATSU ZENOAH.

(c)Fallas causadas por el uso de combustible incorrecto.

(d)Cambio de piezas consumidas durante el uso normal: bujías, filtros, cuerdas de arranque, etc.

(e)Mantenimiento y/o ajustes normales explicados en el manual del propietario.

(f)Daños incidentes o consecuentes.

(g)Costos de transporte de la unidad fallada y/o reparada.

Ninguna de la cláusulas de esta garantía afecta los derechos legales del consumidor.
