Furthermore, standard PC systems are possibly more likely to be optimized for more obvious features while information on system failure dependability and pos- sible length of operation are not provided. There are system components available for purchase specialized towards increasing reliability of server operation. Using such system components is recommended.

For a conference call, the voice data of all conference users have to be processed by the CPU. This requires a substantially higher amount of CPU capacity.

You do not require any special PC hardware equipment for the Aastra 800 commu- nications system. The systems described in the following are orientated towards the specifications of Microsoft, the operating system producer:
