1. Go to Setting s > Accounts > Add acc ount.
2. Touc h the kind of accou nt to add.
3. Fol low the on-screen instructions.
Most accounts require a us ername and pass word, but the det ails
depend on the kind of account and the congurati on of the ser-
vice you’re connectin g to.
Depending on the kin d of ac count, yo u may b e asked to cong -
ure what kinds of data you want to sy nc, name the accou nt, and
other details.
When you’re nished, th e account is adde d in one of two places:
• Google Accounts show up u nder Setti ngs > Account s > Google.
• other accounts show up u nder Settings > Ac counts.

remove an account

You can remove any account and al l information ass ociated with
it from your device, incl uding email , contacts, se ttings, and s o on.
To remove a Google account, touc h its name under S ettings > Ac-
counts or Settings > Accounts >Google, then Menu > re move
account.
For any other type of accou nt go, to Settings > Account s > ac-
count-name and look for the Remove option.
Congure sync options
To reach sync settings for Goog le accounts, star t from Set-
tings > Accounts > Google.
You can congure synchronization options for any of your apps.
You can also decide what kind s of data to synchronize for ea ch
account.
