Alle draadloze microfoons zijn voorzien van zwakstroom zenders (minder dan 0,05 watt uitgangsvermogen). Storingen op pacemaker of AICD zijn daarom niet aannemelijk, zeker niet wanneer de microfoon zich op enkele tientallen centimeters afstand bevindt. Omdat zogeheten ‘Body- pack’ zendmicrofoons echter op het lichaam worden gedragen, is het raadzaam deze te bevestigen aan uw broekriem, en niet in de zak van uw kleding te dragen. Op die manier voorkomt u rechtstreeks contact tussen de zendmicrofoon en uw medisch implantaat. De mogelijke interferentie verdwijnt zodra het apparaat is uitgeschakeld. Raadpleeg uw arts of de leverancier van uw medische hulpmiddelen voor meer informatie of wanneer u problemen ondervindt door een draadloze microfoon of andere RF-apparatuur.

Waarschuwing! De elektronische schakelingen in de zender en ontvanger zijn afgesteld voor optimale werking, en voldoen aan nationale regelgeving. Open de zender en ontvanger in geen geval. Met het openen van genoemde apparaten vervalt de garantie, en kan de werking van het apparaat worden geschaad.
