Administering Database Creating Database Backup

2.Highlight the Server item (i.e. ARCHIVERSQL in the above screen) on the explorer tree and then from Tools menu, select Backup Database, the following screen appears:

3.Using the pull down arrow associated with Database field, select SDXArchiver database.

4.From the list of Backup options, ensure Database – complete is selected. This is recommended when backing up the database for the first time. Refer to “Database – Differential” on page 81 to select the Differential Backup option.
