Virtual Port Deletion dialog box
The Virtual Port Deletion dialog box enables you to delete an existing virtual po rt.
Opening the dialog box
1. Select a virtual port from the device tree.
2. Select Configure > Virtual Port > Delete from the main menu.
OR
Right-click the virtual port and select Virtual Port > Delete from the list.
A warning message displays, asking for confirmation.
3. Click OK to continue.
NOTE
You cannot delete the base port.

Field Description
Deletion check box Check to select the virtual port to be deleted.
WWN The virtual port’s world wide name.
Node WWN The virtual node’s world wide name.
Symbolic Name The symbolic name that is associated with the virtual port.
Delete Selected button Click to delete the selected vir tual port.
Delete All button Click to delete all virtual ports that are displayed.
Cancel button Click to abort the operation.
