MESSAGE CENTER MODE SETTINGS GETTING YOUR MESSAGES

Playing an Incoming Voice Message (ICM) and Recorded Memo (or Voice Alarm)

KEYSTOPRESS

1.PressPlay.

(Press Functionand then Playfor Voice Alarm.)

-All your incoming messages and recorded memo will be played in the ordertheywererecorded.

-Duringthefirstsecondthatthemessage plays,thedisplaywillshowthecurrent message number/total number of messages.

-For one second, the machine will beep	(	9815550101		)
and the Caller ID will flash on the	(	ONLINE		)
displayifitwasreceived.

thedisplay.

-You can use Z (left arrow) to play the message again. If you press the arrow duringthebeepingbeforethemessage, thepreviousmessagewillbeplayed.

-You can use X (right arrow) to skip to the next message.

2. PressStop toexit.

NOTE: You can change the speaker volume using Super Q.Scan and Help. (See page6-12.)

Backup Printing Option

When you choose FAX: ON in the Message Center Mode, all incoming fax messages arestoredintheavailablememory.ThefactorysettingfortheBackupPrintingoption is set to ON, so you will also get a copy printed on paper. If you change the Backup PrintingoptiontoOFFasfollows,thefaxesarestoredwithoutabackupcopy:
