How to Set the Sleep Time

The sleep mode reduces the power consumption when the MFC is idle. The time periodbeforethemachinedropsintosleepmodeisuserselectable.

You can select the time period before the machine drops into sleep mode from 00 to 99 minutes by using the number keys.

Thesleeptimerisautomaticallyresetwhenafaxisreceived,theMFCstartstocopy, or the MFC is receiving PC data. The factory setting is 0 minute.

Usethefollowingsequencetosetthesleeptime.
