Connecting the Serial Interface Board (RS100M)(Only for MFC 6550MC/7550MC)

To connect your MFC to a DOS computer or to an Apple Macintosh computer, you must first install the optional serial interface board (RS100M). When you have installedaserialinterfaceboard,youcansharetheMFCwithtwocomputers,using boththeparallelandtheserialinterfaceports.Automaticinterfaceselectionisa standardfeaturewhenusingtheserialinterfaceboard.
